Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Thank you for shopping at LikeMotherLikeDaughter.com. We appreciate your business and would like to provide you the best quality of service there is but due to the constraints of the natural products that we sell once an order has shipped, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Canceling An Order
Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you are more than welcome to cancel your order - if it has not been packed or moved to the shipping process. Once your shipment is shipped and you have received your tracking information, you can no longer make changes to your order.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products may be returned to LikeMotherLikeDaughter.com. In this case, Please email us at [email protected] with your order confirmation number, your case, and attachments of photo images of the damaged or defective product(s).
Any item that is returned due to volume, the safety seal and label must remain intact.
The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?
When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery.
Once an order has shipped, Like Mother Like Daughter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation if applicable.
Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.
Shipping
Following your placement of order, you will receive a confirmation.
All orders have at least 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method chosen at checkout is applied after order has shipped.
Delivery takes 1-5 days after receiving your tracking number depending on the address provided.
Orders placed during a promotional period or holiday will have an approximate lead time of at least 3-5 business days upon receipt of order.
